NOVEMBER 2011

"I have tested today targets from last container. They are really a little stronger previous. Personally I would like to have stronger, but already there is no time for experiments. In any case I wish to thank you for targets of very high quality. We have lead competitions H.H.Crown Prince Cup - Open. Results were very high. All participants and men and women have remained are happy with targets Laporte. Sportsmen UAE, Kuwait, IRI, Japan, TPE, Qatar and some other participated. It has especially well turned out to show a significant difference as between Corsivia and Laporte. On trainings before competitions all shot on the Spanish targets and there were many protests and discontent. On official training and competitions has been given H.H.Laporte and results "have risen" at all. Personal achievements are established many. All are happy and asked the president to use at 2 following competitions only your targets."

MAY 2011 - West Kent and Kreighoff

May has started with a bang with enquires flooding in for clay traps and the new archery trap.  A third launch for the Phoenix Archery trap will take place at West Kent on May 25th.   Members of the CPC Laporte team will also be at the Kreighoff at Mid Wales where they will be happy to answer any questions as well as advise on maintenance and technical queries.

APRIL 2011 - First Laporte World Sporting competition & welcome Tony Blaine

In April our first Laporte World Sporting competition was held at Orston Shooting Ground.  Mark Olivier, who is developing and organising, the handicap system for shooters has been amazed at the positive feedback and interest.  Both Mark and Laporte (CPC)  believe that this new handicap system for shooters will go from strength to strength.

The archery division of Laporte CPC were also at Orston during Easter Weekend and again the Phoenix Archery trap proved to be a huge success.

The Laporte team also had another new member join the team.  Mr Tony Blaine takes up the position of Archery Sales.  Tony has had years of sales experience and has owned his own business prior to joining the CPC/Laporte team.  Many of you will meet him over the coming months as he travels the UK demonstrating the Phoenix trap.

The fine weather in April has bought out the shooters and Laporte is now preparing to produce targets in time for the Olympics in 2012.  It isn't everyday we learn that we will be supplying the traps and targets for the future Olympics in here on home soil in 2012 . Celebrations all round!  CPC's reputation for an excellent products at a fair price continues to ensure that our targets are in great demand.

MARCH 2011

Early 2011 and CPC are busy with the launch of the all new Archery Trap, the Phoenix 65T25  and this new product is taking the industry by storm.

In March we attended the press release day at Coniston Shooting Ground.  Although few guests were able to make the first demo (due to short notice) for those who did attend the day was filled with enthusiasm for the new Sporting Arrow Archery Trap.  One of the customers attending has already taken delivery of his Phoenix and plans to utilise the targets using both archery arrows and paint ball shots.  We will be keeping in close touch with this customer and we wish Map Challenges great success with their new addition - you could say "another string to their bow".
